PBE is a non-profit industry association established in 1992 by corporate leaders who share a vision of a business community continuously striving to be more sustainable and inclusive.  Today, PBE has about 60 forward-thinking member companies, each believing that long-term financial performance is determined by its ability to manage its natural and social capitals and that it can only succeed if the community where it belongs to also succeeds.

 
We fulfill our mission by engaging our members to share knowledge and best practices and to create synergy with co-members, government, community and other stakeholders in delivering business solutions to meet the development needs of our country.
 
PBE is the regional network partner in the Philippines of the World Business Council for Sustainable Development (WBSCD), a global CEO-led coalition of forward-thinking companies striving to create a sustainable future for business, society and the environment.
