The National Distance Education University (UNED) has as its mission the public service of higher education through the modality of distance education. Since its inception, UNED has been an institution with an international outlook and has made considerable efforts to make its services and educational offerings available to students abroad. Moreover, the institution has identified the internationalization of the university at all levels as one of its principal and strategic objectives.
