Safety continues to be our leading Critical Success Factor. Because it has been an area of great importance to us for a number of years, it is also the most advanced and robust in terms of sustainability-related data. We have been internationally certified to Occupational Health and Safety Management System. We promote positive health and safety themes through safety training and education, safe act observations, pre-shift safety meetings and Take 5 risk assessments before all tasks. When it comes to the safety of our people, our fundamental belief is that every accident and injury is preventable.

We have based our sustainability stewardship on the four foundation stones of safety, our carbon footprint, water and waste, and social engagement. Long-term success, in our minds, will be achieved when we are able to demonstrate continuous improvement in business practices in each of these areas. Pivotal to the success of our journey towards greater sustainability will be the degree to which we engage with all our stakeholders in which we operate. We will actively seek out valuable input and welcome constructive engagement from other stakeholders. Our challenge is to embed sustainable practices throughout our operations and our value chains.
