MIAL was formed with the vision of building CSIA, Mumbai into a world class aviation hub befitting its status as the “Gateway of India”. MIAL is a Public Private Partnership Venture Company, formed between Airports Authority of India, GVK Airport Holdings Private Limited, Bid Service Division (Mauritius) Limited and Airport Company South Africa Global Limited.
